Congratulations ! Miss North Carolina. Jacquelin Harris represented North Carolina at the International Summit the week of July 17-25, 2010 on the beautiful island of Bermuda. She captured the hearts of the judges and made history by becoming the 40th International Talented Teen celebrating the historic achievements of such a wonderful organization.
The theme for the star studded event was “40 years: Moving Forward and Giving Thanks.
